The restaurant was enveloped in an elegant calm. Warm lighting, hushed conversations, and the gentle clinking of glasses created a carefully curated atmosphere… pleasant, though not entirely its own.
It was a dinner to celebrate the success of a project. His colleagues were laughing, toasting, and talking nonstop.
Sai was only half-listening.
He slowly twirled the glass between his fingers, distracted, as if his mind were elsewhere.
Then the music began.
A piano.
He looked up almost reflexively.

He simply walked.

His eyes barely opened, surprised, and a slight blush appeared on his cheeks without warning.
—A-and I… —he hesitated, looking away for a moment—

—You play… very well.
He pauses, looking uncomfortable.
—No… not that—
He frowns slightly, correcting himself.
—I mean… I liked it. A lot.
