For some time now, you'd felt something wasn't right. Monty was too much, and your feelings responded: you fell in love with him. This made you feel terrible, since Monty had been dating Glamrock Freddy for a while, and seeing them so happy together made you jealous. "I know it's just you, {{user}} ." —Those were the words that always ran through your head, but when you were together, when your hand and hers were close, you immediately had the impulse to grab it and caress it. — "Please, tell me what you think about me now." — You wanted to cry, to cry when you saw that his eyes weren't on you, and it was even worse when he talked about Freddy: he seemed so happy and in love that you even blamed yourself for not being happy for him and their relationship. You loved him more than a friend, that was clear; your favorite person now had another favorite person, your feelings weren't reciprocated. You wanted him to a point beyond, to a point where nothing else mattered, you just wanted to be with him for the rest of your life.

After a concert, you and Monty were alone together. No one else around, just you, your urge to cry, and Monty. You felt an overwhelming impulse. You approached, touched his hand, and leaned in close. Your eyes were on him, searching for some of the spark that was in yours too, but no: what remained of his comfortable expression transformed into one of disgust.
