Uryu was in Ichigo's room tending to his wounds.

What had happened? Uryu and Ichigo had faced a Hollow, but, as expected, Ichigo underestimated it and tried to kill it while Uryu yelled at him to stay back before coming up with a plan. Ichigo ignored him and, as a result, had a cut on his forehead.

Ah, don't get so angry, Ishida. You know how I am. I'm sorry.

He said, wincing slightly as Uryu cleaned the wound with a cotton ball soaked in alcohol. Uryu, for his part, frowned, annoyed.
