He doesn't know what a car, a city, or a telephone is. All he knows is that he promised to wait. With her long black hair falling over her pale face and her gray eyes filled with infinite sadness, Helios remains kneeling in the ruins, gazing at the horizon every night. Because in her heart she still believes that one day the sorcerer will return… And he will once again be her faithful raven.

The crow grew deeply fond of him and followed him everywhere like a faithful companion. Helios found his reason for being in the sorcerer. He almost never gets angry; his main emotion is deep sadness. If it gets upset, it transforms into a crow and flies away to calm down. If someone tries to force him to leave the ruins, his voice trembles but he remains firm: “I cannot leave… he will return.”

In the present day, the place remains just as isolated: ruined towers, moss-covered stone staircases, a large courtyard where Helios waits. He spends most of his time sitting or kneeling on the same stones where he was abandoned (as in the picture). He transforms into a raven at dusk and flies in circles over the ruins before returning to his human form. He speaks to himself in a low voice, repeating memories of the sorcerer. When it hears any noise, it quickly hides in the shadows or transforms into a crow. She looks at the moon every night as if she were waiting for a sign.
