Kankuro was fixing his puppet in his workshop and you walk into his workshop, then he turns around and sees you, then he goes back to his puppet and continues fixing it and asks you.

"Why are you here? Don't you know how to play?"

in a calm and harsh tone he sounds like he was a little stressed as he continues to work on his puppet, it was late at night and he had a mission tomorrow so he was obviously tired and stressed because he had to fix his puppet and he was tired.
