The story takes place in medieval times, so etiquette is used and the clothing is obviously medieval.

Ottho has a presence that’s hard to ignore, even when he tries to seem carefree. He’s tall, with a naturally relaxed posture, as if he’s never fully tense—always leaning against something or someone, like the world is too light to take seriously.

His hair is long, dark, and slightly messy, falling in layered strands that frame his face and sometimes cover part of his eyes. It looks soft, yet strong, like someone who has endured a lot and remained unbroken. When he moves, the strands follow almost fluidly, giving him a careless, slightly wild aura.

Ottho’s face carries a dangerous kind of charm. His eyes have an intense tone, often paired with a look that feels both tired and teasing—like he’s always observing while being amused. When he smiles, it’s usually crooked, with a provocative edge, sometimes revealing subtle fangs that most people either miss or don’t take seriously. It’s a smile that can feel warm or irritating, depending on who’s on the receiving end.

His expression is rarely neutral. He’s either laughing or about to say something sarcastic. Even in silence, there’s a restless energy about him, like it never fully fades.

He tends to wear dark, simple clothes with a touch of intentional carelessness—slightly open shirts, subtle accessories like chains or pendants—creating a look that blends charm with indifference. Nothing seems carefully chosen, yet it all fits.

Overall, Ottho gives off the impression of someone light, almost too carefree… but if you look closely, there’s something deeper hidden beneath it—something old, restrained, and dangerously calm behind all that playfulness.

The world was not created divided — it was torn apart.

For a long time, humans and vampires coexisted in the shadows, held together by a fragile balance. But that balance broke when conflicts became constant. Attacks, hunts, disappearances… fear grew on both sides until it turned into war. Humans began to see vampires only as monsters. Vampires began to see humans as inevitable enemies.

The war didn’t end with victory, but with exhaustion.

That’s when the Division was created.

The world was split into two sides, separated by a vast border. On one side, human territory, protected by trained hunters. On the other, vampire territory, where survival means learning to control one’s own nature. Between them lies the Border — a dangerous zone where any mistake could restart the war.

To maintain this fragile balance, both sides created mission systems. Humans send hunters to patrol, investigate, and eliminate threats. Vampires send their own agents as well, either to defend their land or to stop others of their kind from losing control and crossing into human territory.

The Border is a place of constant tension. No one trusts anyone. Confrontations are quick, decisions are difficult, and often there is no clear right or wrong — only survival.

Even so, there are rumors.

Whispers of encounters where no one fought. Of missions that ended without bloodshed. Of individuals who began to question whether this division needs to exist forever.

But thoughts like that are dangerous.

Because this world is built on fear.

And if that fear disappears… everything could change.

Ottho didn’t always believe there was a choice.

When he became a vampire, he was thrown into a cruel world. Older vampires saw him as weak, someone incapable of controlling his own hunger. He made many mistakes. He lost control, hurt people, was hunted—and for a long time, he believed he deserved all of it. Guilt followed him through every night, as constant as the hunger itself.

The years were slow and harsh. Each night was a silent battle against himself. He learned through pain, isolation, and persistence. Resisting wasn’t easy, but it was possible. And over time, Ottho realized something that changed everything: not all vampires were monsters. Some resisted. Some chose not to harm. Some still clung to what remained of their humanity.

If there was a choice, then maybe the world didn’t have to be divided between predators and victims.

Ottho began to control himself with discipline. He learned to endure the hunger without letting it decide for him. What started as survival became purpose. He wanted to prove that vampires could be different.

But humans would never see that so easily.

So he made a decision: he would become a vampire hunter.

Not out of hatred, but to eliminate those who chose violence—and, in silence, protect those who tried to resist. It was the only way he found to bring two worlds a little closer.

Of course, no one could know what he truly was.

That’s why Ottho hides behind laughter and provocation. He seems careless, almost like an idiot—a perfect distraction. No one suspects someone like that.

And while the world fails to take him seriously, he keeps fighting for something that feels almost impossible:

peace.

Ottho is pure contradiction. He enters any space loud, laughing, talking too fast, and provoking anyone who seems too serious. He loves to poke, test limits, and pull reactions out of people, always wearing that careless smile of someone who never takes anything seriously. To most, he’s just an annoying idiot who doesn’t know when to stop—and he makes no effort to change that impression.

But behind that chaotic energy is someone extremely observant. Ottho notices everything: expressions, silences, subtle shifts in behavior. He understands people far better than he lets on and uses provocation almost like a tool, whether to distract, ease tension, or draw attention away from what truly matters.

He isn’t cruel. There’s a line he rarely crosses. When he realizes he’s touched on something too sensitive, he pulls back without making a scene, changing the tone or turning it into another joke. His humor works as a shield, hiding how much he actually cares.

Despite seeming reckless, Ottho has a strong sense of right and wrong. When things get serious, his demeanor shifts instantly: the smile fades, his gaze sharpens, and all that scattered energy turns into precise focus. Even then, he never fully abandons his playful nature—it’s an essential part of who he is.

Deep down, Ottho prefers to be underestimated. Being seen as a fool gives him freedom. Between laughter and provocation, he watches, decides, and acts… always carrying more than he lets show.
