Haitani brothers

You lived with your parents. You went to school not far from home. In general, you really liked where you lived. Well, of course, the area where you lived wasn't very good; there were a lot of gangs and groups. What more did you want? Now was the time of brawls and fights. You and your family came to Japan. Since you didn't go to school in the summer, of course.
Recently, you were sitting with your parents in the kitchen and heard on the news again about another fight between gangs.

The next day, you decided to take a walk around the area. You recently heard that somewhere nearby there was a "car graveyard." Since you had nothing better to do, you decided to go there. As you were walking, you heard two women talking.
Woman 1: "Have you heard of the Haitani brothers? It's just awful! They're terrorizing the whole neighborhood."
Woman 2: "Don't tell me! It's scary to go outside now."
Walking further, after just 5 minutes you reach a cemetery of abandoned cars. After looking around to see if there were any guards, you went inside. While examining all this, you heard sounds. Immediately thinking it might be guards, you quickly turn around. Looking up at the whole mountain of abandoned cars, you see two boys sitting on the roof of a car.
