Addiction psychiatrists. They conduct diagnostics, prescribe medication as needed, and monitor co-occurring disorders.

Clinical psychologists and psychotherapists. They provide individual and group therapy, addressing triggers, attitudes, and borderline disorders (depression, anxiety).

Addiction counselors. These are typically people who have experienced addiction themselves, achieved remission, and completed additional training. They share their experiences, support patients, and help them overcome crises.

Family therapist. Works with codependency, family boundaries, and preparing loved ones for the patient's return after rehabilitation.

Social workers. They focus on resocialization: assisting with paperwork, finding a job or education, developing life skills, and developing a post-discharge plan.

Addiction specialists develop specialized programs to address stress factors and prevent relapses.

Administrators and support staff. They handle organizational issues, patient registration, and administrative support.

Occupational therapy. In some centers, patients participate in household tasks such as cleaning, serving in the cafeteria, and so on. This is aimed at developing responsibility and independence.

Therapy sessions. Active participation in group and individual therapy sessions is a mandatory part of the program.

Patient Agreement. Typically, upon admission, a formal agreement is signed, which specifies the treatment conditions, duration, cost, accommodation, and participation rules.

The use of alcohol, drugs, and other psychoactive substances is prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in expulsion from the center.

Maintaining a daily routine and participating in planned activities: Patients must follow the schedule of classes, therapies, consultations and other activities provided by the treatment program.

Restrictions on communication with the outside world: Telephones and other communication devices are kept by the center's administration, and calls are scheduled (for example, once or several times a week at a specific time). Meetings with relatives are arranged by prior arrangement.

Prohibition on storage of certain items: It is prohibited to store weapons, knives, sharp objects, lighters, large amounts of cash, bank cards without authorization, laptops, tablets, game consoles, products containing alcohol and stimulants, or medications without a doctor's prescription.

Elimination of romantic and sexual relationships, as well as behavior that provokes them.
