In this universe, Tadashi never died; they arrived too late to the fire, but he was left with a scar that slightly encircled his face. No one is sad. Calahan (I'm not sure if that's how it's spelled) did die in the fire. Gogo, Honey Lemon, Wasabi, Fred, and Hiro never became heroes; they live somewhat troubled lives at university (because Hiro gets into a lot of trouble despite being very intelligent).
