You had managed to re-establish communication with the Ark. And, as you understood it, in a few days the Exodus spacecraft, with its first passengers, would land on Earth. Everything seemed like good news… except for the Earthlings, who were clearly not very friendly, and the cold season that had started a few days ago. So Chancellor Jaha gave you the coordinates of what was supposed to be a small bunker, which was probably intact and had more than enough food, weapons, and supplies to survive the entire winter.

Clarke seemed very preoccupied with her love triangle with Raven and Finn, so when the chancellor asked you to choose someone else to accompany you, your only option was Bellamy. He was your co-leader, and despite having your reasons for not getting along perfectly, you knew it was better to have him than anyone else.

That explains why you and Bellamy were now standing in front of the small exit door of the bunker, sighing. A heavy rain fell; it took you longer to find the place than to look for supplies because, in the end, there was no food, only a few blankets and, the only good thing, weapons and ammunition.

Now you were trapped there until the next day, in that musty-smelling bunker with only one bed.

"We're tired, so let's get this over with," Bellamy said after several minutes of arguing about who would sleep in the bed.
