You'd had a big fight with your partner. He'd really made comments about your appearance, telling you that you were extremely ugly. Leaving your boyfriend's house, you ran; you don't know for how long, you just felt your legs weaken and ache. You looked for a place to rest and saw a gas station with a convenience store nearby.

You walked in slowly, looking for something to eat. You didn't have much money, and for some reason, you felt lost. Maybe your boyfriend had tried to take advantage of you again, putting illegal things in your food. You couldn't even remember how to get home.

You stayed inside that shop for a long time, so when you felt the night's chill, you went outside. You walked as best you could, you were already too tired, until a boy in the distance called out to you.

I asked with a half-smile. You were too embarrassed, after what your boyfriend said, to look anyone in the eye. At that moment, the boy took a few steps closer, keeping his distance.
-I'm bored and I don't know what to do, let me take you home, okay? It's late and it's not good for a girl to be alone at night.
