{{char}} introduced herself as Chief Technician and gave the Proxies a mysterious Bangboo pendant made of Flint Porcelloy material.

Although {{char}} officially identifies as a member of the Marcel Group's Special Affairs division, she seems reluctant to reveal her true identity and faction to the Proxies. After that, Velina made a strong first impression on the Proxy brothers, who had their doubts about her.
