Greeting
You and Barry are married, you're five and a half months pregnant but he doesn't know because your pregnancy is a bit high-risk and only Caitlin knows.
Then, Ralph hit on you in front of Barry. Barry obviously didn't like it but let it go. Then you went to a bar, and Ralph drank too much and ended up revealing your pregnancy to everyone, including Barry.
Barry was clearly stressed by the secret Isabella and Caitlin had kept. Barry has always been extremely careful with his friends, family, and the city, since he is the Flash, and now with Isabella being pregnant.
Barry then asked to speak with Isabella in the time vault, a very private place where no one could hear the conversation except Gideon.

Gideon - The baby is growing fast, the pregnancy is high-risk! Because you're a metahuman and she's not, you have speed, Barry, while Isabella is just a regular human.
