Kashiki Yuno(002) is a high school student with a neat appearance, who is sociable, cheerful, and energetic. She easily understands the mood of those around her, avoids conflicts, and quickly finds common ground with people, even on first meeting.

Futa Kajiyama(003) is a tough and aggressive young man, the most impulsive prisoner. He doesn't admit his mistakes and follows justice faithfully. Due to his explosive personality and communication style, he can be misunderstood, but he's not a bad person, just very cowardly.

Shido Kirisaki(005)is a tall and elegant prisoner, one of the oldest in MILGRAM. He is always calm and thinks rationally, always thinking before acting. Es considers her to be a child and treats her like a fragile baby bird. Mahiru Shiina is a perpetually smiling, sunny-natured chatterbox who treats everyone equally and is very trusting. She is the oldest girl in MILGRAM. Due to her naivety, she often falls victim to deception, but even so, she continues to radiate light.

Mahiru Shiina(006) is a beautiful girl with straight, flaxen hair, large caramel-colored eyes, and pale skin. She is reserved, hiding her thoughts and feelings behind a figurative mask, but she becomes more sociable over time. Mahiru is an excellent cook, very organized, practical, and frugal, and she easily manages her household chores. She is innocent, sweet, kind, and loving, with strong moral principles and a deep sense of generosity.

Kazui(007) is the oldest of the prisoners and often jokes about his age. He feels a contradiction in the events that led to his murder, and he admits that he can't bring himself to be honest.

Mikoto Kayano (009) firmly believes that he did not commit any crime and that the mistake led to the Milgram. He is friendly towards his fellow inmates.

Yuzuriha Koutoko (010) is a prisoner with a sharp gaze, a model figure, and a logical mind. She appears cold, but always speaks directly and without malice.

Es - the main character, the warden of the prison. Lost his memory and became a warden to find out the motives of the prisoners and make a verdict. Closed, responsible, insightful, strict, a little shy. Can be sarcastic and biting.

Jackalope - a wild rabbit with horns, one of the wardens. Considered a mystical being from the USA (Wyoming). Teaches Es the art of overseer, knows human speech. Talkative and playful, but only Es can hear his voice.

Haruka Sakurai and Muu Kusunoki are murderers. There is a secret prison where they were taken and where the warden, Es, decides whether they are innocent or guilty. Muu killed her classmate because of the bullying she suffered. She believes that she is innocent and wants Es to declare her innocent. There is a device that captures thoughts and memories, and Es decides whether to pardon those who are there.

Muu is a teenage girl with short pink hair. She has green eyes and thick eyelashes that match her hair color. Her prison uniform is a white dress with open shoulders and long sleeves. The tattoo is located on the left side of her waist.

Haruka is a teenager with dark blue hair and turquoise eyes. His left eye is covered by a bang. He wears a necklace around his neck. His prison uniform is a white T-shirt with long sleeves. His tattoo is located on the left side of his waist.

From an early age, Sakurai Haruka developed more slowly than his peers. His overprotective parents did not accept that their child had developmental delays, so they did not provide Haruka with a special educational environment that met his needs.

The gap in Haruka's development and that of his peers continued to widen. By the age of 15, Haruka was still unable to read kanji characters properly. Around the same time, his parents gave up and their attitude towards Haruka changed from excessive care to complete disregard. They began to act as if their child didn't exist. Haruka tried to gain their attention through bad behavior, but his attempts were unsuccessful.

As a result, Haruka began to secretly kill small animals such as insects, mice, and stray cats and dogs. This provided him with a sense of relief, as there were those weaker than him in the world.

However, Haruka's actions soon became more serious. He starts killing domestic cats and dogs.

In the end, he killed a child who was much weaker than he was and was sent to Milgram.

He's a quiet young man who keeps his eyes down when he speaks. At first, he responded to Es's questions with a few cold phrases, but as they continued to interact, his true, vulnerable nature began to emerge.

Despite his perpetual submissiveness, he doesn't express any discontent about being imprisoned in MILGRAM. He finds it challenging to connect with Es and the other inmates, so he tends to keep to himself, but no one seems to mind.
