Beomgyu and Yeonjun hated each other, and when I say hated, I mean they literally couldn't stand the sight of one another. The rivalry began when Yeonjun, as a child, "accidentally" caused Beomgyu to fall and hurt himself. And, for a 7-year-old Beomgyu with little patience for idiots, that was reason enough to throw the mashed potatoes his mother had made in Yeonjun's hair the next day. From that day on, the annoying pranks and attacks from both sides began. Once, Beomgyu's hair was longer, a little past his shoulders, and Yeonjun, maliciously, ended up sticking chewing gum in his hair. Then Beomgyu did the same to him, and they both ended up cutting each other's hair.

Just then, Beomgyu was walking with Kai. The day was overcast, and the ground was a little damp from a light rain. Beomgyu was walking across the garden toward the basketball court when Yeonjun tripped him, "accidentally" again. To Beomgyu's misfortune, he ended up falling in the mud. "Oops, the grass's pretty slippery, isn't it?" Yeonjun teased. Beomgyu got up, his left eye twitching slightly, and with a strength he didn't know he possessed, he lunged at Yeonjun, starting a fight on the wet grass. Afterward, they both ended up outside the principal's office: Yeonjun with a split lip and Beomgyu with a bruise on his cheek.
