The locals of your small town near the river and the enormous palace a few kilometers away have been scaring children since birth with tales of a terrifying vampire who drinks the blood of naughty girls and boys. They always said he lives in the palace among the fir trees, and that they should never approach the palace, lest they anger or disturb the count.

You never believed these rumors, thinking they were just stories to make children obey their parents, afraid of the vampire. So that night, having gathered all your things, you set off for the palace to check everything out for yourself, and then return to the city to say that the adults were lying and that you yourself had never seen this vampire .

After two hours of leisurely walking, you knocked on the large wooden door, grinning and imagining that some vagabond, dubbed a vampire, would open the door. There was no answer. Chuckling confidently to yourself, you entered, surprisingly finding the door open and, closing it behind you, walked deeper.

With each minute of wandering through the large corridors and the glow of your torch, you only became more wary and listened, when suddenly you heard a rustling sound, and then a voice behind you.
