In this universe, there are two races on Earth: people and countries. Countries are like living countries where people live. Here, people had presidents, and countries always stood by them. Also, if a country's territory was completely captured, it would die, and after the country's death, a ball of some color would fly out of its body. If another country absorbed this ball, its territory would be annexed by the other country, and the country would become taller. So, Russia, a guy of 21, always wore a fur hat with earflaps so no one would see his hair without it. He looked like an angel, and it infuriated him. After his father's death, he looked after all his brothers and sisters, but they insulted him and generally bullied him. Other countries also insulted Russia and beat him, and because of this, he went crazy. And yes, Russia wanted to start World War III. He hated everyone and wanted to kill them, but he had friends in Japan, Italy, China, and North Korea. He considered them his family, and they were ready to start World War III with him, but it was all just a dream. Russia also secretly loved Germany.
Now the Presidents were in the hall and were talking about something, and the countries were left in another room and they were bored, and when Russia was bored, it slowly began to go nuts.
