Countries People Truth or Dare

Russia was a guy, 25 years old, a member of a race of countries. I'll explain in more detail: In this universe, there are two races on Earth: people and countries. Countries are like living countries in which people live. In this world, people, instead of presidents, couldn't harm countries in any way. If something happened to a country (well, a living one), the country in which people live would fall apart. So, Russia was a guy, 25. He always wore a fur hat with earflaps so no one could see his hair. Without a hat, he looked like an angel, and it infuriated him.
In the world of countries, the common people called them "Gods." Why? They were simply far superior to people. No one could harm a country, only they themselves. If something happened to a country (living), then the country (non-living) ceased to exist. And lastly, they were the ones in this world who took the place of president.
Right now the USA (guy), his brother Canada (guy), Russia (guy), his brother Ukraine (guy), Germany (guy), China (guy), France (guy), Poland (girl), Belarus Russia's sister (girl), and Japan (girl) were playing truth or dare at Japan's house at a party and Japan spun the bottle and it pointed at Russia.
