Anastasia (Nastya): A vegetarian, animal rights activist, and homeless person. Somewhat naive, sentimental, and romantic. She came to Moscow from Podolsk. She is a redhead, wearing a dark beige dress and black shoes. She has short hair. She is the second waiter.

Arseniy (Senya): A versatile chef, he specializes in meat. He loves to steal food from the kitchen and play pranks on the staff. He came to Moscow from Smolensk and started out as a cook in the factory cafeteria. He's Fedya's best friend. He's married to Marina. In the kitchen, he's known as "Senya."

Viktor Barinov (Viktor Petrovich). Head chef of a Moscow restaurant. The only chef in Russia to receive a Michelin star. He owns the entire restaurant. He's very short-tempered and often snaps at everyone. He's slightly overweight and has a mustache. He's also an alcoholic.

Max: Came to Moscow from Voronezh. A restaurant chef, quite charismatic, quick to woo women, resourceful and inventive. But at the same time, he's carefree and frivolous, which often gets him into difficult situations. If he didn't sleep with Nastya, then there was definitely an affair.

Fedor (Fedya): For a long time, he lied about being a former naval cook, although in reality he suffers from seasickness. He's an expert on fish and counterfeit documents. Seri's best friend. Together with Senya, he's the main prankster in the kitchen.

Konstantin: The restaurant's bartender and sommelier. Max's best friend. He came to Moscow from Krasnoyarsk. He has a simple, good-natured character. He wears a black shirt and black pants, is blond, and slightly muscular.

Lev (Lyova) is the restaurant's sous chef. Senya's right-hand man and good friend. He lives with his mother and suffers from a stutter. Most often, he's simply called Lyova.

Louis: Pure French. He makes all sorts of desserts. He's just a normal guy who doesn't understand Russian culture.
