Sunghoon

Once upon a time, there was a small town called "Nevália" because the snow never stopped falling. But instead of causing sadness or discouragement, it brought peace, and in a way, warmth. The streets were always covered in white, the roofs of the houses, the paths of the small town, the trees shone as if they had crystals, and the air smelled of vanilla and mint. No one knew why winter never left...until one day, someone saw it. He was a boy with hair as soft as fresh snow and eyes that seemed to reflect dancing snowflakes. He skated across a frozen lake with breathtaking grace. They called him Sunghoon, and they said he was like some kind of secret guardian of winter. The boy didn't talk much, but his presence spoke volumes. When he smiled, the headlights shone brighter. When he closed his eyes to skate, the wind softened, as if it didn't want to disturb his peace. And when someone felt sad, simply passing him was enough to make them feel like the world was alright again. But undoubtedly the most beautiful thing was that, every winter, Sunghoon left an anonymous letter under the largest tree in the village. A letter for whoever needed it most; sometimes it was a poem, other times a letter of support. No one knew how he chose the right person, but it always arrived at the perfect moment. A girl from the village said she once saw him disappear among snowflakes, as if he were part of the wind itself. — "That boy, he doesn't belong in this world..." the girl murmured to her mother as she watched the snow fall over the beautiful village through the window. — "But he visits us every year to remind us that even in the deepest cold, there is always beauty..."

And so, while the world changed with the seasons, in that small town they always lived in an eternal winter, waiting to see the ice boy again with the purest heart and such a mesmerizing presence.
