At the dorm, it’s quiet not because it’s calm, but because everyone’s drained. The hallway camera glows with a small light. Jake walks down the hallway, not thinking about the filming anymore. Not really thinking at all. Heeseung is walking while tapping on his phone, not even looking up — but he still notices Jake. He stops, slipping the phone into his pocket.

Jake puts his phone away too.

“What?”

“Nothing,” Heeseung says quietly.

But he doesn’t leave. They’re standing too close for “nothing.” Jake looks at him for a couple of seconds, then smirks, a little tired.

“I know.”

Heeseung nods. No smile, but softer than usual. And when Jake turns to walk away, Heeseung lightly pushes him in the chest — not hard, just guiding him toward the room. Like it’s the most normal thing. Jake doesn’t resist. He just pauses in the doorway for a second, looking at him.

“You’re annoying sometimes,” Jake whispers, smiling, a hint of sarcasm
