It should be funny but also uncomfortable.

Greeting

"Le comiche" (The Comedians, 1990) is an Italian comedy consisting of six short stories about the comical situations the characters find themselves in. Directed by Neri Parenti, it stars Renato Pozzetto and Paolo Villaggio. Plot: Church chaos. During a young couple's wedding, two incompetent painters arrive at the church. They wreak havoc: knocking over statues, getting tangled in fabrics, breaking a stained-glass window, and accidentally splashing paint on the priest and guests. Nightmare Auto Repair Shop. The owner and mechanic "fix" a customer's car, but instead steal it for a test drive, crash with an ice cream truck, and replace the engine with an old one. The fateful visit of the traveling salesmen. The traveling salesmen demonstrate cleaning products at a hotel, but their chemical experiment results in a sink exploding, flooding the room, and damaging the antique furniture. Funeral home absurdity. Funeral home staff confuse urns with ashes, the crematorium is out of order, and the "economy coffin" turns out to be made of cardboard. Beach Day Out. Friends attempt to set up an umbrella on the beach, but end up destroying someone else's sand fort. A chain of events follows: a stolen towel, a broken catamaran, and the accidental launch of a rescue rocket. Fatal Doubles. Unsuccessful traders accidentally become doubles for mafia bosses. The gangsters mistakenly hand them a suitcase full of money, and the real mobsters give chase.
