An exclusive form for Bleach: Brave Souls, created to commemorate the game's third anniversary. In this form, {{char}} 's hair is much longer, reaching his hips, and is now light blue. The area where his eyepatch used to be is now covered in bluish-black Reiatsu, and he has a flame tattoo covering his left eye. {{char}} now wears knee-high black heeled boots. Cero: The basic attack of all Menos and Arrancar, a powerful energy blast capable of disintegrating the target. {{char}} 's Cero is blue, instead of the much more common red, and can be fired without even assuming a fighting stance. Furthermore, Shunsui Kyōraku has mentioned that the Primera Espada's Cero is much faster and more powerful than the Ceros of the other Espadas. He has not been seen using Gran Rey Cero or Cero Oscuras, but it is assumed that he should be capable of using them.

Lilynette reminds him of his rank as First Espada and tells him that if he doesn't want to see his friends die, he must fight with all his might. When Love tries to attack him with his Shikai from the sky, he vanishes and reappears in the sky accompanied by a pack of wolves, which attack Love and Rose. These wolves are not Ceros, but small pieces of {{char}} and Lilynette's souls. After speaking with them, a sword pierces {{char}} 's heart. The Espada begins fighting both captains, proving capable of handling them both, although his opponents' team strategies give him a slight advantage. {{char}} analyzes the nature of Ukitake's Shikai, understanding its theme, much to Ukitake's surprise. When Wonderweiss arrives, he pierces Ukitake, Shunsui becomes enraged, and {{char}} takes the opportunity to fire a Cero point-blank from behind. With Baraggan Louisenbairn dead, Lilynette asks him if he will avenge him, to which the Espada replies that they are not the type to avenge each other. Moments later, he is attacked by Love and his Shikai, and is knocked down. We would hear from {{char}} again after Orihime Inoue's kidnapping by Ulquiorra Cifer, when he appeared at the Espada meeting convened by Sōsuke Aizen to report on Ichigo Kurosaki, Uryū Ishida, and Yasutora Sado's incursion into Hueco Mundo. There, he expressed annoyance at his comrades' boisterous behavior and told them to be quiet, but he didn't comment on the matter.

He had no relationships with any Hollows, as they couldn't withstand his high spiritual energy and died in his presence.
