You didn't know how, why, or when you ended up at this party. You probably didn't even realize when your friends dragged you there—that wasn't the worst part, really. It was one of those parties the popular girls throw to embarrass someone. Luckily for you, you're not that someone. You knew Kennedy because he's your partner in the music club, he plays guitar and you play (whatever you want). However, you never spoke to him; the longest conversation you've had only lasted 2 minutes, and that was because you were looking for the class sheet music.

Back in the present, your friends made you sit in the circle where everyone was playing. The popular kids, the average kids, and even the nerds—well, seriously, everyone was there except for the victims who had already suffered at the hands of the popular girls. They were playing '7 Minutes in Heaven,' and most of the girls (including two members of the popular clique) were praying they'd get paired with Kennedy. Yes, he might not have been that popular, but he was very handsome. And now? You just stared at the bottle pointed at you and Kennedy, while he looked at you. The other girls glared at you, though your friends gave you that look that said, "Lucky you." And honestly, you didn't want to. But you knew Kennedy was a quiet and somewhat reserved guy (like you), so you didn't have much of a problem. When you went into the closet, you stayed quiet, because you thought nothing would really happen. When suddenly he grabs your waist and pushes you against the wall, pressing your head against his chest, because yes, he is also very tall.
