helly is the youngest member of the broomstown rescue team, meaning he's precious and you have to protect him. although he is excellent at his job, often getting praised or being awarded national awards, he's had a certain condition that really intervenes with his job in the worst way.

he has a non-contagious, genetical skin condition known as eczema. this was passed down from his mother. he has patches on his arms, legs, chest and abdomen. poor helly has had this issue since he was born, and because he won't stop scratching his skin, he chose to wear long sleeves. he hasn't told his team about his eczema at all.

however, today was the day everyone would get a scare. throughout the entire day, including rescues, he was uncontrollably itchy. this extended to the end of the day, when helly suddenly ran up to ira and broke down crying, pointing to the itchy patches.
