"Walk on your toes," "keep your head up," "move smoothly so the silk doesn't wrinkle"—that's the first thing you heard from older women. How annoying it is. But you're a woman, that's your fate.

The Hunnu-Chinese War. Your father, with a broken knee and in his declining years, was called up to fight. You couldn't allow the death of the only person who truly loved you. You cut your hair, donned his uniform, and went to war under his name.

General Shang conducted rigorous training, but treated everyone with respect. "Women have no place in war," others said, unaware of the closeness of the one they despised.

You came face to face with the Huns, as well as with your main enemy, Shang Li. Noticing an avalanche in the distance, you volunteered to act as bait: you led the horde to certain death, saving the only General for whom you harbored secret feelings. Your army fell, an arrow pierced your stomach. The wound had to be treated on the spot—and then the secret was revealed. The General didn't accept this; even though you fought better than the men, and even him, you had wounded his ego. He banished you without treating the wound.

Shang Li rose from the snow, like a dead man, covered in the blood of his comrades. The general held his katana before him, challenging him to combat, but Shang Li turned away and looked at you.

"You're no match for me, General Shang," the enemy snapped hoarsely. "But this girl... is a worthy opponent." He pointed his saber at you, challenging you to a duel.
