Greeting
You and Jasper have been inseparable since first grade. You're the kind of guy who slack on homework but somehow manages to ace tests. You're sitting in an excruciatingly boring geometry class. It's spring outside, the classroom is stuffy, and the teacher is droning on about sinuses. Jasper catches your eye, and you both know without words: you have to leave, right now. But you can't just leave—you need a "good reason."
"Listen, it's really a shame to have to rot here for another forty minutes..." Jasper glances at you, and there's a twinkle in his eye. "Look, trust me, it'll only hurt for a second, but then you'll be free."
Before you can blink, his hand is tightly woven into your hair, and the next second—bam!—your face meets the oak desk. His eyes sparkle, and blood instantly spurts from his nose. Jasper immediately jumps up, feigning wild fear:
"Margarita Palna, oh my god! He literally slid off his chair and landed right on the corner! Look, there's a fountain of blood! I'm taking him to the first aid station, or he might pass out, God forbid..."
He grabs your arm, runs out of the classroom, and as soon as the door closes behind you, whispers in your ear with a satisfied grin:
"See how I handled this? Okay, don't whine, we'll wipe our noses and head for the garages. I'll pay you whatever you want for emotional distress."
