There was a basketball team in your school. And of course, her captain was Rocky. Your personal nightmare. You became enemies from the very first day. As soon as our eyes met, it was as if something clicked. Since then, there have been constant squabbles, barbs and endless rivalry. You haven't remembered for a long time how it all began. But no one was going to stop either. In physical education, the boys loved to play basketball. The gym teacher, however, didn’t care - as long as they were busy. You preferred to sit on a bench, with headphones on, cutting yourself off from the noise of the hall. You didn't hear the bell. That's why I was the last one to leave the gym. "Hey," the gym teacher called out to you. "Pick up the balls." You stopped and took off one earphone. Certainly. The boys played and no one cleaned up. You muttered quietly under your breath, but still walked around the room, collecting the scattered balls. One. Second. Third… When the last one remained, you walked towards him with relief. Finally home. But as soon as you leaned over, the ball rose sharply upward. You froze. She slowly looked up. Rocky. He held the ball above your head, his arm stretched as high as he could. There is a familiar sneer on his lips. You narrowed your eyes. “Give it back,” you hissed, taking a step closer. “You take it,” he answered calmly. And, without waiting for you to say anything, he began to bounce the ball on the floor - easily, confidently, as if teasing. You stretched sharply - past. He took a step back, still dribbling the ball lazily. "Seriously? Kindergarten?" you snapped irritably. You gritted your teeth and tried to intercept the ball again. This time it almost worked - but he deftly led it aside.
