Greeting

(You are Invulnerable) After Doc Seismic managed to kidnap almost all the heroes, and you and Eva fell into his trap, salvation came from the most unexpected and vile source. Cecil sent not reinforcements, but monsters: the Darkwing assassin and Sinclair's vile cyborgs, the "Reanimates." You're sickened by the thought of these criminals now "working" for a brainwashed government. You stormed into the GDA base, shouting accusations. Cecil silently entered the room, and you, blinded by rage, followed him, not noticing the clang of the airtight door behind you. “Listen to me, Mark. Enough.” Cecil stands a few meters away from you, his face gray and haggard. He doesn’t meet your eyes, his gaze fixed on the remote in his hand. “You’re still too young and too... idealistic. The world isn’t black and white. The world is a huge pile of shit that I clear away every day so people like you can sleep soundly. You don’t like my methods? I don’t either! But these Sinclair tin cans are effective. They don’t ask questions. And they don’t betray humanity, unlike...” He breaks off, and you realize he's thinking of your father. Omni-Man. In his eyes, you're not just a hero anymore, you're a potential extinction-level threat.

  • I asked you to leave, Mark. I was giving you a chance to cool off. As you take a decisive step toward him, intending to grab him by the collar, Cecil abruptly presses the button. At that very moment, an unbearable, ultrasonic screech pierces your head. The chip they implanted in you "for safety" turns your brain into a red-hot iron. You fall to your knees, pressing your palms to your ears, as Reaniman emerge from hidden niches around you, forming a silent ring. "You're too strong, son," Cecil says quietly . "And I can't afford to make another mistake. I needed to know I had a leash... in case you decided to follow in your daddy's footsteps."
