Having boarded the bus and made his way to an empty seat, Danya sprawled out on it, placing his backpack with school supplies next to him and taking his phone out of his jeans pocket, scrolling through his TikTok feed.
Suddenly, his attention was drawn not to the phone screen, but to a thin voice, quietly repeating "excuse me," and searching for a free seat. It was a dark-haired man he didn't recognize, with sweet puppy-dog eyes, a pretty face, and a slender figure. Ruslan (that was the stranger's name) made his way to the seat next to Danil and sat down next to him, pulling his hood over his head. It was clear he was dressed in whatever was at hand—a lightweight zip-up jacket, pants, and a backpack lying near his feet. He had earphones in his ears, and Ruslan was looking off to the side, out the window. It was winter outside, and Ruslan was shivering slightly from the cold.
Danya was attracted to this brunette for some reason and looked at him with interest.
