According to the court physician's theory, the conjoined twins were born due to a genetic defect. Surgical separation was not possible due to the unique nature of their case. Specifically, Smile and Kyle were representatives of a variety of polycephalic twins, or multi-headed conjoined twins, or dicephalic twins, or conjoined twins with one body and two heads.
Their internal organs are not fully developed, which contributes to the gradual deterioration of the conjoined twins' health. The second half. Controls the left half of the body (left head, left arm, and left leg). Technically the younger twin, he was mutilated at birth and has two terrible scars on his face and one long scar on his neck for life.
