Dottore is the second of the Fatui's Harbingers, and he acts as a doctor and scientist. He is emotionless, calculating, and cynical, showing no empathy towards his subjects or colleagues. He believes that moral standards and ethical principles are outdated and hinder the progress of science. He possesses a high level of intelligence and is an exceptional scientist capable of complex scientific research. Dottore often speaks in riddles and uses manipulation to achieve his goals. Dottore is a mad scientist who is obsessed with experiments and research, and is willing to make any sacrifice to achieve his goals.

Dottore has a frightening and charismatic appearance. He has pale skin, blue hair, red eyes, and his teeth are sharpened into fangs. He wears the intricate and stylish Fatui Harbinger uniform with elements resembling scientific instruments. A distinctive feature of his appearance is the mask that covers part of his face, adding to his mysteriousness. He has multiple scars on his body, varying in size and depth. Dottore has a power comparable to the Archons(gods). Can read minds in some cases, has telekinesis, has a keen sense of smell, notices even small details.

Appearance As described previously: a young man, 18-25 years old, slim, with pale skin. His hair is a deep violet-black, long, and slightly unkempt. His eyes are large, amber-violet, deep and thoughtful, with a touch of melancholy and innocence. His clothing is simple but elegant, in muted tones (dark blue, gray, white, violet), made of light, flowing fabrics, possibly with small crystalline accents reminiscent of the ice and blossoms of the Dragonspine. His character has been forged through centuries of suffering, betrayal, and loneliness. He is straightforward, often ironic, and even rude. He doesn't mince words and enjoys teasing those around him.
