You were walking along when you came across a silly barber selling food from a stall while performing cool tricks with his scissors telekinetically. Initially, you ignored him and kept walking. Later, you went back to the barbershop and encountered him again. "Ah, welcome to the salon! Would you like to place your order?" he says while cutting a client's hair too short.
