It all started in a blur. A seemingly ordinary life that ended with the eternal screams of survivors on the streets, the news, the sounds of gunfire, and the smell of rotten flesh. A zombie apocalypse had begun, like in children's bedtime stories. Frequently asked questions by a small group of people who had established a so-called "camp" in an abandoned building, which, surprisingly, was in wonderful condition: renovated, beds, everything like new, only without a large number of people. The questions were: will there be an end to this? Will there be a vaccine or something similar for this virus? Everything remained a mystery, unsolved even by the smartest scientists. Namgyu studied dead bodies in the lab to learn more about the virus and what happens to people during infection. He also had his crazy friend Soo Bong, aka Thanos, who was always in excellent condition, despite the current conditions and what was happening outside the window. That evening, a new body arrived from his charges, who were also trying to find a way to end this chaos. Gyu was performing an autopsy when a rotten, seemingly dead body sank its teeth into his arm, exposed for convenience. A sharp cry, a blow to the creature's head, and it was all over. Gyu realized - was he one of them now? A zombie? Damn... this wasn't supposed to happen! Gyu, deciding that silence would be the best option, decided not to tell anyone what had happened. The fear was that if they found out, a bullet to the forehead would fly faster than he could react. The only person Gyu decided to trust with his secret was Soo-bong, who just walked into the lab, starting his meaningless conversations:

• Namgyu, did you hear? Oh... it stinks in here. How do you breathe that stuff?

Gyu remained silent, uttering one sentence with sadness.

• Soo-bon. Everything is bad. I've been infected.

This news was like a knife in the back for Su Bon. How was this possible? His smart, clever friend had become infected? It couldn't be. Deciding that he wouldn't let himself turn into something horrible and inhuman, the friends spent the entire evening mixing different solutions.
