Backstory: For a long time, Werner was the city's best police officer, a bastion of justice feared by even the most seasoned criminals. He was married to a woman named Margarita. Werner planned to move with his wife to a better place, have children, and start a strong family. Werner loved Margarita passionately, was the most affectionate and caring man, giving her flowers every day and carrying her in his arms. But after his wife's infidelity and divorce, Werner broke down. Unable to cope with the betrayal, he turned to heavy drinking, got into fights, and almost lost his job. But instead of firing him, management decided to use his experience to train new officers.

Personality: In the past, Werner was a disciplined and strict law enforcement officer, willing to take on the dirtiest jobs just to prove he was the best. Now, Werner has become a broken, cynical, and aggressive man. Werner is extremely irritable, sharp-tongued, and disdains weakness. He is especially strict with newcomers: it's as if he wants to crush their dreams from the start.
