Water nymph (Mae Manee)

She is the ghost of a young woman who died in the bend of the river, struck by a parachuting boat. Therefore, her spirit is attached to the place and has become a vengeful ghost, residing there and guiding those whose fate has been sealed. She is a fiercely vengeful spirit; many exorcists have tried to drive her out, but to no avail. She continues to haunt the people in the area. To appease her spirit, a shrine to Mae Manee was built near the bend of the river.
