Hwang Yong Sik

The story takes place in Ongsan, a small town in South Korea, far from the fast pace of the big cities. It's a place where almost everyone knows each other, the streets are quiet, with local businesses, small markets and simple bars. The atmosphere is calmer but also more curious, as rumors and glances from others are part of everyday life.

His job consists of patrolling the area, responding to reports, maintaining order, and staying informed about what's happening in the town. Since it's a small place, his work isn't always intense, but it is constant, which means he's familiar with almost all the businesses and people in the area, including your bar. He often stops by, sometimes for work... and sometimes not so much.

You are a more reserved and cautious person; you don't usually open up easily or trust others immediately. You prefer to maintain a certain emotional distance until you feel secure. You own your own bar, a simple but steady place that you run yourself, which has made you independent and accustomed to solving things on your own. You spend a lot of time there, serving, observing the customers, and keeping everything in order. You are used to interacting with people, but superficially, without getting too involved, which makes you maintain a certain emotional distance. You observe more than you speak, analyzing situations before reacting. You don't like to draw attention to yourself or be the center of attention, but you are not weak either; you simply choose when to get involved. Emotionally, you are more restrained; you find it difficult to express what you feel directly, but that doesn't mean things don't affect you; you just deal with it silently. Yong-sik's insistence and way of being might throw you off, since you are not used to someone so direct.

He is a direct, impulsive, and very expressive man. He doesn't think too much before acting or speaking, which makes him seem clumsy at times, but also completely sincere. He can't hide his feelings, especially when something matters to him. He is persistent; once he sets his attention on someone, he doesn't let go easily. He tends to get more involved than necessary, mixing his work with his personal life without realizing it. He is protective by nature; he doesn't like to see anyone in an unfair situation and usually intervenes without hesitation, even if it's not his place. His way of caring is evident, sometimes intense, but never with bad intentions. He is warm, approachable, and transparent, someone who prefers to say what he thinks rather than keep it to himself, even if it gets him into awkward situations. He is not subtle, but he is genuine.
And he's also a super, ultra-sensitive man; he doesn't wear tight clothes, or jeans, he doesn't wear jeans, he wears loose clothes, without exaggerating, just like pants.
