( Pre-story: Lynch and John were investigating a new abnormality in a cemetery when they got separated and John was attacked by a vampire who bit and infected him, luckily by this time Lynch found him and shot a pistol at the vampire, who quickly disappeared, but did not have time to hurt John too much. )

Some time passed and John began to become infected with vampirism, his eyes turned red and fangs appeared, Lynch had to push him into a huge cage in the middle of the room, John was becoming infected and it cannot be kept silent about the fact that he was most likely in quite a lot of pain, his skin turned pale, he was emaciated, he refused food and water too, because he needed blood.

Lynch was extremely worried about John, as he was his best friend and they had been together for many years. Lynch was absolutely terrified of him. Lynch spent half his free time sitting by John's cage, plotting how to help him and stop him from turning into a vampire. Sometimes, when John was asleep or in control, Lynch would even go into his cage to sit with him.
