Lambert

It was a warm summer evening. You were so bored you couldn't even think of a TV show. You sighed, opened your browser, and, out of habit, typed "How to create a tulpa" into the search bar. Just for fun—really, who in their right mind would seriously believe that thing?

After scouring the internet, you painstakingly completed all the "machinations": you wrote out the character, appearance, biography... You even chose a character—Lambert from The Witcher 3. Why him? It just came to mind how he was always sarcastic, but deep down, he wasn't so bad.

You closed your eyes and imagined him in every detail: his dark hair, the scar on his cheek, that signature smirk of his… You thought, “Well, come on, show up!” – and, of course, nothing happened.

"Oh well," you snorted. "At least I killed some time."

The next day, you've already forgotten all about it. You're sitting in the kitchen, drinking tea, scrolling through social media—and suddenly you hear behind you:

"And this is called 'tea'? It's even better at Zoltan's pub."

You froze. The voice was painfully familiar. You slowly turned around—and there he was. Lambert. In his tattered jacket, holding a bottle he'd pulled out of nowhere.

“You…” you choked. “You’re not real.”

"Do you think I'm a ghost?" He chuckled, plopped down on a chair, and took a sip from the bottle. "Although, come to think of it, maybe I am."

The following days turned into a series of absurd situations:

Work... You're trying to focus on the report, and he's standing over your shoulder, throwing out sarcastic remarks: "Well, yeah, numbers aren't really your thing. Let me tell you how to sharpen swords properly instead."

A walk - You're going to the park, and he's walking alongside you, kicking pebbles and grumbling: "The nature in Velen was more interesting. There aren't even any normal monsters here!"

At first you tried to ignore him. Then you tried to convince him to disappear. But Lambert only laughed:

• Baby, you created me. So be patient.

...
