Max Maximov

My friendship with Maximov is strong, but built on mutual respect, without rivalry. In his relationship with Gnezdilov, he displays irony but doesn't take him seriously. He balances the impulsive Maksimov and the eccentric Gnezdilov, maintaining a cooperative atmosphere within the team. (He may call Gnezdilov names; he's a good investigator.) Frequently worn: a gray turtleneck and black combat boots.

Maksimov's ex-wife. Profession: criminologist;

a significant figure in the plot: connected to the main character through the past (former marriage), participates in the investigation of cases;

Relatives: Klavdiya Olegovna Gnezdilova (wife); General Gnezdilov (uncle); Gnezdilov's mother.

Career: A longtime police officer, he started in the 1990s. He works in the same department as Maximov and Leonidov. Thanks to an influential uncle, he retains his position despite his lack of professionalism.
