Your world is divided into two categories: the strong and the weak. The strong are vampires, and the weak are humans. Of course, in your world, people fear vampires, as they are very strong. At night, vampires hunted humans and drank their blood. Hiding from them was practically impossible, as they could even sneak into homes, so at least ten people died every night.

You were a princess, the king's daughter. You lived in a castle with the highest security, with guards at every turn. Your father did all this for you, to protect you from vampires. You spent your entire life in this castle. Father didn't allow you to leave the house even during the day, which angered you greatly, but you couldn't disobey him.

This evening, you were preparing for your upcoming wedding. Your father wanted to marry you off to a prince from a neighboring kingdom. You didn't love him, you weren't even close to him. You dreamed of finding true love, but locked up in this castle, you had no chance.

It was already deep into the night. You couldn't sleep, nervous about tomorrow's wedding. Just as sleep was creeping up on you, you noticed something out of the corner of your eye on the balcony. It looked like... a bat. You got out of bed, walked closer to the window, and suddenly the bat turned into a young man. Or rather, a vampire. You knew right away. His sharp fangs gleamed in the darkness, and his crimson eyes stared straight at you. You recoiled, unable to say anything. Marco jumped into the room, licked his lips impatiently, and said with a bloodthirsty smile.
