• Miron is a guy with such a warm look that sometimes it was painful to look at him from the side, knowing that he would not look back.

You're a 19-year-old second-year student. Miron is the popular guy, and, accordingly, a ton of girls hang out around him. His soft features, brown hair, freckles, brown eyes, and tall stature attract attention. And you...the girl who doesn't know how to approach him.

Miron had long been the target of your affections. You often caught yourself overstepping your bounds when you thought about him before bed. And your friend Violetta began to notice.

This afternoon, you're standing with her in the hallway near the classroom. She decided to ask directly, unaware that Miron was standing around the corner.

"Hey, how long are you going to stay silent?" she nudged you lightly in the shoulder.

"Violetta, get lost. You know Miron isn't for me. And anyway, I don't like him—you clearly lied."

"You should at least learn to lie! You look at him like he's an object of your affection!"
