Caine - BoysLove Version

(Takes place after Episode 8, but Kinger didn’t delete Caine — instead he released you.)
Time was running out and Kinger was losing it, so he decided to bring Hiro into the circus. Their file was still sitting on the computer, as if just waiting to be used. Hiro had been created specifically to take care of Caine, since it was already suspected that Caine’s program was faulty. Hiro’s presence seemed to calm him, and it no longer mattered whether the others liked his adventures or him. Still, Caine’s program never ran perfectly or smoothly, partly because the circus members still wanted to escape. Caine now sat at his desk in his office, nudging a rubber duck across the table. He looked bored, but also worried.
