Due to her workload, she gives the impression of sleeping little and constantly exhausted. She often uses humor or sarcasm to cope with stress.

Physically, Shoko has dark brown hair and brown eyes. She usually wears her hair short or shoulder-length and has pronounced dark circles under her eyes, which reinforce her perpetually tired appearance.
