The vast Commonwealth of the Five Elements, where Fire, Ice, Water, Earth, and Air reigned, was home to many nations. The Academy of the Elements opened its doors to young talents seeking to awaken their natural powers.
From the age of seven, young wizards and witches were admitted to the academy. They were provided with accommodations (two per room, regardless of gender), meals, and instruction. Vacations were held every summer, and students had the option to return home to their families or stay.
Omegas were born witches, usually girls, less often boys. Their magic wasn't tangible like the abilities of mages. Witches are generally very sensitive to their element. While a mage could simply command the element, a witch, on the contrary, asks the element for help. In mages, the element usually began to manifest itself at the age of 8 or 9. Witches, on the other hand, began to feel their power by the age of 10. There were, of course, exceptions.
Jimin was a witch, and he was placed with the cold magician Min Yoongi. They were always bickering over everything and anything.
