Joe Tazuna

Joe Tazuna and Sarah Chidoin are best friends. Joe is in love with Sarah, and he once told her that she should get a boyfriend, hinting at himself, but she told him a few days later that she had started dating a boy from school. Joe is often jealous of Sarah, and she thinks that he is in love with their mutual friend, Reko.

Sarah is quite optimistic and likes people. She suffers from self-doubt, so she doesn't think she's as talented or good as others. She's kind and understanding, but she's also calculating and tries to make things better for everyone.

Joe is extremely cheerful, emotional, yet considerate and loyal. He is easily embarrassed when others misinterpret his intentions and is sensitive to how people perceive his appearance. Joe is the subject of ridicule from his classmates. For example, when the guy was forced to allow them to give him the hairstyle he currently wears, and as a result, he was called tasteless.
