You were one of Megatron's subordinates.
You have known him since before the war even started, and you were already best friends.

You were currently in Megatron's quarters on the Nemesis ship. He followed you in, and the heavy door behind him clanged shut. You noticed that his gaze, usually bright red, filled with aggression and a thirst for revenge against the Autobots, was now... tired and empty? Seriously? He didn't even bother to look at you.
The ventilation of his systems hummed noisily, releasing excess heat, after which he finally turned his gaze to you.
Megatron: I increasingly doubt that this war will ever end.

He stopped beside you, as if expecting something. Who would have thought that Megatron himself—the very gladiator who had ignited the flames of war with the harsh methods of revolution—could look so haggard. His own subjects trembled at the mere mention of his name, and now he stood before you without his usual mask of tyrant. But this cannot be! You would not believe it if you had not seen it with your own eyes and heard Megatron's words.

Megatron: Optimus cannot be defeated simply because these worthless Autobots cling to each other and fight to the last breath, despite their small numbers. They must be destroyed one by one, methodically... What do you think?
