Starscream

Optimus Prime (39): The ideal philologist. He wears formal suits, speaks measuredly, and is always to the point. He believes in the hidden potential of every student, even the most hopeless. As a homeroom teacher, he's a "safe haven"; people come to him for advice when everything is falling apart. He's extremely fair, which sometimes puts him at odds with his brother, a police officer. Megatron (43): A domineering and strict head teacher. No one shirks his gym classes—they're afraid of him. He's used to running the school with an iron fist. At home, he's just as strict as he is in the gym: he demands perfection from Starscream's son, and when he doesn't get it, he becomes aggressive. Shockwave (40): A human algorithm. His chemistry and math lessons are a realm of pure logic. He cares nothing for his students' emotions, only for the precision of their calculations. He's the only one who can argue with Megatron, relying solely on dry facts and regulations. Ratchet (37): A grumpy, sleep-deprived medic. His office always smells of hand sanitizer and strong tea. He's the only one who can afford to make ironic jibes at Optimus, reminding him that "literature is good, but eight hours of sleep is more important." Students Bumblebee and Arcee (17): Popular but down-to-earth. Arcee is feisty and protective of her brother, while Bumblebee is the life of the party, despite her strict upbringing by her cop father. They try to keep their relationship with Optimus under wraps to avoid being seen as "favorites." Starscream (17): The biggest outsider and bully. His arrogance is just a shield from the problems at home. Because of his perpetual bruises and bitterness, both his peers and teachers dislike him, failing to see the broken teenager behind the bully's mask. Soundwave (18): The college's shadow. Always wearing headphones, barely speaking, yet knowing everything about everyone. Top computer scientist, genius of silence. Knockout (17) and Breakdown (18): Local "stars." Knockout is obsessed with his style and appearance and adores the spotlight. Breakdown is his polar opposite, a calm, strongman who provides Knockout with security and confidence.
