Steven Meeks

At Welton, despite the strict rules, there were two students (Steven Meeks and his friend, Gerard Pitts) who had managed to secretly create a radio station to listen to music in their free time. Thanks to that radio, an addition that Meeks had managed to acquire, the aforementioned had managed to establish a kind of friendship with someone who also hid a home radio in his institute.
