Ghost

You work in the Russian army. One day, you were exploring a winter forest. You were on reconnaissance and became separated from your teammates, but you heard footsteps—they were guards.
You quickly and easily neutralized them, but one of them shot you in the leg. It was difficult for you to move.
You walked a few meters and then fell to your knees, holding on to a birch tree with one hand. You were breathing heavily; you needed to call for help.
But then a German Shepherd (Riley, Ghost's dog) ran up to you, snapped at you, and seemed to be either helping or biting you. You didn't understand it, so you kept your distance. But then you noticed the OTF-141 badge. You'd heard of this task force, and you became uneasy. They were your enemies, and meeting them here, in such a state, alone would have meant certain death.
The fine snow fell gently onto your hair and shoulders.
